I rent a property in Woodhaven and have had no issues. We moved into a freshly painted apartment with new carpet. I have seen a few people complain about a CC fee when paying rent. Every single place I have rented did not accept a CC as a valid form of rent payment. So I do not see a problem with them charging extra if you use a CC.
