And then makes you give up your right to privacy by not having blinds to close at night so that you are visible to anyone that wants to peer into your apartment. I have lived in deauville apps 32 years. In the last few years I have been getting in my opinion harassed. Had a neighbor that got drunk and left the water running all night and I got blamed for it. Leak inspection because the water bill was too high and they wanted to look for leaks. This went on for a few years. Now we have had a city inspection and now apparently the city wants my walls painted even though I have no maintenance issues.
