I tried the Le Bisou, their lightest savory crepe with turkey as the base. I asked for less Swiss cheese and skipped the maple Dijon sauce. It was delicious and surprisingly filling without the heaviness crepes can sometimes bring. The balance was spot on—protein from the turkey and eggs, fiber and vitamins from the vegetables, and healthy fats from the avocado. We loved working with Crepe-Madame and her team! We were hired from Hawaii to design and plan a Bat Mitzvah and the crepe team was amazing (and delicious). They were so helpful with curating the perfect menu for the Paris themed Bat Mitzvah. There was something for everyone, savory, sweet and all allergies were taken into consideration. We love Crepe-Madame!
