We were able to check out the new menu and liked the descriptions of many of the offerings. My Jambalaya with andouille sausage and fried oysters was very good, (although a couple more oysters would have been better). Business seemed strong even for a Friday night. We did wait 25 minutes for a table and there was still a wait at 7:30 pm. I don't know if they were surprised by the business level as there only seemed to be 3 waitstaff on duty for the entire floor. We could have used a bit more table service. Great job guys! Very cool staff and awesome menu!
I got the blue cheese burger and creamed corn. my husband got the pimento burger and salt & vinegar fries. We shared beignets for dessert. The burgers were good but the bun was so soggy 😞 my husband’s fries had nothing that tasted like salt or vinegar. The creamed corn and beignets were definitely worth going back for. Bottom line...I would give it another try.

Great space with some great food and drinks. Highly recommend the pork belly and beignets. Southern cream corn is amazing!
