RecommendedY'all, What!!!! it was not easy to find, but what a hidden gem 🥰 very kind people, been around 42 yrs, very clean, made fresh daily with Quality ingredients, they supply most restaurants & hotels around N.O. & metro area. Great prices for Quality fresh food. Found our new to go spot for Boudin, andouille, alligator sausage, tasso & hogs head cheese. ABSOLUTELY GRADE A 🏻

Great sausage made on location. Owners and staff are always friendly. A trip to New Orleans would not be complete without a visit to Creole Country to stock up.

Killer Sausage & Hogshead Cheese
This was the best andouille sausage I have ever had. Go there and get some if you can!
