Brenda in the office is very rude over the phone. I don't even like calling in for a refill on my son's medication there. Creoks has done great counseling for him for over 4 years now. It's a shame they hire office staff like this
Had an extremely poor experience with a worker trying to get Medicaid assistance. Employee walked out of our appointment 2 times in frustration. On the way out of the building the worker was venting those frustrations with the front desk. Front desk employee was very apologetic, And did not seem to approve of the employees behavior.
