My wife called to get a appointment she gave them her info and insurance information told them why she needed to be seen Now she has never been seen yet but they already told her what she needs and they already cleared it with insurance to be seen at a recovery center in Fort Myers FL it is a 6 week in patient facility.

So she is to put her family and job on hold for a yr. Not going to happen. This place is a joke
Poor therapist. The therapist gives no flexibility in scheduling appointment. She bullies me into her schedule without consulting mine. Even if I call or email with concerns or other obligations that I may have prior to her just telling me I have an appointment. That is NOT PROFESSIONAL! My experience here used to be great ten years ago. But who ever is hiring the therapist here should really take better consideration.
