Poor therapist. The therapist gives no flexibility in scheduling appointment. She bullies me into her schedule without consulting mine. Even if I call or email with concerns or other obligations that I may have prior to her just telling me I have an appointment. That is NOT PROFESSIONAL! My experience here used to be great ten years ago. But who ever is hiring the therapist here should really take better consideration. Embarrassingly unprofessional. When I booked my intake appointment as a brand new patient, they used an existing patient's record to make the appointment. When they sent text reminders to the wrong person, of course the appointment was cancelled -- which I only learned when I showed up at the right time. After some scrambling, they were able to do my intake/initial assessment appointment over Zoom (sub-optimal, since I'd specifically requested in-person appointments only). Horrible experience. Brooke was a very inexperienced and self righteous counselor. Will not recommend to family or friends.
