Creoaks billed my medicare for level 3 with rehab mental health when I talked to a counsler 1 time a week for an hour level one .no only is this fraud and a outrageous lie on my medical records. I will never ask anyone for help again .this is the last time I let someone betray my trust ..I think anyone associated with Creoaks or thinking about it should be aware of the level creoaks is willing to go for money and how little they actually care about the people who ask for help. Trying to get my foster son in for help and have to wait a long time for an appointment. Then, the day before the appointment, they said it needed to be canceled and someone would follow up to reschedule. I waited. And waited. And waited. I finally got back myself and just got a recording asking to leave a message and they would get right back to me. I did so. Then waited. And waited. And waited. Incredible!
Please just look elsewhere, make this place your last resort if possible.
