RecommendedMy daughter was introduced to creoks by her school, thats were we met Paula & Ryan. We couldnt have met 2 of the greatest people ever. They went above and beyond to not only help my daughter but us as a family. They have so much joy, patience etc it truly shows.
Absolutely love the staff and doctor we see at Creoks. Me and my husband both are patients and dont have a complaint one! Very caring nice doctor and staff memebers. They do everything possible to help. Much better place than CRS we went there a year before swithcing to Creoks it was a 3 ring circus staff was very unprofessional, rude, in some cases hatful to people.
I always receive excellent care such nice peeps!!!
I went in there 22 days ago for the evaluation, told me it could take up to a week for them to contact me back to place me. After multi calls, all I've been told at day 8 that two people were ahead of me... meaning after three weeks I've gotten nowhere with this place... and don't write you SSN down there... they put it on the top page with enough info for a toddler to steal your info... leaving your private info in plain sight... horrible place, don't ever give them a cent
