Terrible at communicating!
I was in a really hard place when I came here and the staff was really nice to me
Very rude receptionist. Asked for a new patient form and was told “I have no idea what you’re talking about” in a very degrading tone. Not even a hello when we came in either
I would have left zero stars but it wouldn't let me take the one away, something that those who work at this place know a lot about. So enjoy the free participation star.
I've known several people who have gone to this place, and about 8 months ago I met a woman who moved beside me.. she's bipolar and other mental health issues.. She's on meds for her mental health issues.. she ran out of her meds and tried to get in to see someone but they told her she couldn't get her meds for another month because she didn't come in sooner, something like that.. so this woman is in a mess because she doesn't have her meds, How can a government run place not give a bipolar person her meds!!!
