Very unprofessional. Nurse Told me "that's not true" when I told her I called a pharmacy to find that no meds were able to be dispensed. like omfg did you really just say that girl.
I had an allergic reaction to Tamiflu and needed help. The ER wouldn't explain anything to me so I was already severely upset and confused. Coming in, you have to sit in a freezing cold room for hours while they check you in. They also talk smack about their "Psychotic" patients as they try to sleep.
