I had an allergic reaction to Tamiflu and needed help. The ER wouldn't explain anything to me so I was already severely upset and confused. Coming in, you have to sit in a freezing cold room for hours while they check you in. They also talk smack about their "Psychotic" patients as they try to sleep. Doesn’t deserve even one star. The first nurse she talked too needs to be fired. When someone is suffering with suicidal thoughts has been diagnosed with PTSD from military service and they go for help you don’t bully them threaten them or tell them go off in a corner if your gonna cry. You don’t withhold prescription meds from them for days because it’s dangerous and you either provide trauma based counseling or send them somewhere for it. This Creoks, along with the Creoks in actual Sapulpa completely failed our kid. We had only had a handful of appointments with a therapist there, which didn’t seem to be going anywhere quickly, when we got a call from some woman saying that our therapist was no longer employed there, and that they’d give us a call at some point the following week to get us in with a new one, not offering much more info than that before they hung up on me.
