Very unprofessional. Nurse Told me "that's not true" when I told her I called a pharmacy to find that no meds were able to be dispensed. like omfg did you really just say that girl.
I had an allergic reaction to Tamiflu and needed help. The ER wouldn't explain anything to me so I was already severely upset and confused. Coming in, you have to sit in a freezing cold room for hours while they check you in. They also talk smack about their "Psychotic" patients as they try to sleep. Doesn’t deserve even one star. The first nurse she talked too needs to be fired. When someone is suffering with suicidal thoughts has been diagnosed with PTSD from military service and they go for help you don’t bully them threaten them or tell them go off in a corner if your gonna cry. You don’t withhold prescription meds from them for days because it’s dangerous and you either provide trauma based counseling or send them somewhere for it.
