I want to thank Drew in the service department for being very attentive and straightforward with me about everything. He scheduled me for a specific day but also gave me the option to bring my Jeep in earlier just in case they had time to work on it before scheduled, and I really appreciated that. I went in for a scheduled oil change appointment. I was seen on time and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. The waiting area was clean and well appointed, snacks, coffee, water, etc. The service manager was very knowledgeable and professional. They did NOT try to upsell me on anything. They correctly noted I should consider a new air filter, but did not press me to buy one right then. I will be going back to Crenwelge Motors in the future.
