Drew and your staff took very good care of us. They were able to squeeze us in, fix the issue. Assisted us in reserving a hotel for the night and we were able to get back on the road the next morning. Everyone there was very professional and caring. They made sure we were comfortable. Scheduled a service appointment over a week in advance requesting specific service on items. Only one of 4 items were able to be completed which was a recall. One item was a requested replacement to windshield washer pump. They did not order pump requiring me to come back. Another item was the Windshield cowl which they said they couldn't id until I came in when they have my VIN. The scariest item is that I require a software update so I can update my NAV map. I want to thank Drew in the service department for being very attentive and straightforward with me about everything. He scheduled me for a specific day but also gave me the option to bring my Jeep in earlier just in case they had time to work on it before scheduled, and I really appreciated that.
