One of the best Auto Shopping experiences EVER. I had looked on line. Found what I think I want. Went in and looked at it. Drove an identical unit that was easier to get to. Scheduled an appointment for the next day that my spouse could also be with... Drove again. No pressure. If I would have walked out, I think they would have still treated me very well. Low pressure, fast, and got what I wanted!
I have always had good service at Crenwelge Motors but this time was different. I have bought several vehicles from Crenwelge Motors. Evidently the Grand Cherokee's have a problem with the front bumper coming loose. I had a 2023 that did it and Crenwelge fixed it but had to order parts. My 2024 Grand Cherokee did the same thing. I took it in a while back and told them about the problem. I have very little time off from my job so I made a appointment on my day off. First service visit to have the first oil change and my experience was excellent. Checked in 10 minutes early and ready 30 minutes later. They gave me a three page service check and all was good and they aired up on low tire. They offered tire rotation but I said they are ricing smooth and lets wait for the 2nd free oil change and rotate them at that time. Tell Tim he needs to get up earlier. Thank you Ed Sims
Week prior I had a 2:00 P.M. scheduled appointment with the service department. I showed up hour early which is not the issue. When 2 P.M. came a pasted my vehicle was still out in th waiting list. After 30 minutes went by I decided that the service management waw me they are worth s not hired for his skill in leadership. I took my new ram rv in to have an oil change before leaving on a long summer trip. I asked them to please check everything. When I left and was driving home it started to sprinkle, my window wash fluid was empty. That cost one star. I asked the service rep to put new wipers on if they are not $50 each. I was charged $50 per wiper. That cost another star. The customer service is excellent and the showroom/ waiting area is very nice.
