SADLY: Crenwelge did such a bad job of caring for my car that the engine froze up in December 2024 never to work again. Crenwelge did not do the repair since they had done such a poor job of taking care of our vehicle up to that point. - so take back the excellent rating - apparently the engine was going when they did this work. Great service
Weird how everyone says their service is the best around. Went nothing but wrong for me. Had my daughter’s car towed there on Monday and Dru said not today but probably tomorrow. Called on Tuesday. No one would pick up. Finally got Chris on the line and he says “oh, we usually take two weeks to get to vehicles”. Meanwhile my daughter is without a car. Try calling again on Wednesday. Would not take my phone calls. By Thursday I am frustrated and they will not answer my calls. Finally I tell them I am coming to pick my car up ... read more
Excellent service along with a friendly staff. Keeping me and others on the of progress/findings of there vehicles. Got trucks out within the time range of their predictions and going over items by the truck & answering a couple questions I had. Once again very happy with the quality of work.
