Started with an intermittent problem. Service Advisor stated that since the problem was not occurring at the time of the visit maybe we should leave well enough alone. A week later failure occurred, called Allie, she had me bring my vehicle in and it was after 5PM. I noticed the check engine was also on this time. Left my vehicle to be diagnosed and repaired. Weird how everyone says their service is the best around. Went nothing but wrong for me. Had my daughter’s car towed there on Monday and Dru said not today but probably tomorrow. Called on Tuesday. No one would pick up. Finally got Chris on the line and he says “oh, we usually take two weeks to get to vehicles”. Meanwhile my daughter is without a car. Try calling again on Wednesday. I purchased a car back in July and the service was outstanding. The manager was very nice and easy to work with. Prior to viewing the car when I called to inquire about it Josh answered and he seemed very nice on the phone. We went to view the car and Josh took his time to take us on a long test drive. We ended up liking the car and purchasing it that day. The dealership has us wrapped up in around an hour after completing the test drive which was awesome because it usually takes forever. Great experience! Love my new GMC Canyon.
My wife and I wanted a 2024 Sierra Denali Ultimate in Downpour Metallic. Our sales rep Joshua was great locating the exact vehicle we wanted and getting it to the dealership. Grant the Sales Mgr was very good. The price of the new vehicle and their offer for my trade in was exactly what we had hoped for. The experience went very stress free. We are now enjoying our new Denali Ultimate. Thanks again to Joshua for all his hard work and Grant for a easy buying experience. 5 stars all around!
