Drove 3 hours with a check for a quoted out the door price with messages saying that, and the manager refused to honor the price. He offered to come down, but flat out refused to honor the price we were given. The girls knew we were traveling with a check and had outside financing. Extremely unprofessional. The woman who quoted the price was flippant in further text to my husband because she claimed she didn't know we had a check, and clearly, why does anyone else's time matter? Yesenia was a delight from helping to open the door upon arrival, through the entire process until the last second as my mother drove off with her new vehicle. She was warm, professional, and thorough. We were pleased to have her as our salesperson, as well as working with Ray in finance. You will find no better service department to deal with your engine & engine maintenance the warranty is the best I've ever experienced on a car & the people there are the absolute kindest knowledgeable & obliging set of workers I've ever met they know what needs to be done nvr do something without asking you first so you are nvr surprised to find an odd or extra charge w/o knowing ahead of time what's being done to your vehicle. Definitely a great experience. Gabriella’s patience, and assistance with test driving put us both at ease, and allowed us to know 100% what we wanted. We came for a new car but didn’t want to wait 6 months. We ended up finding a car that fit everything we were looking for used. Low mileage and reasonably priced.
I was in for my 5,000 mile oil change and a few other things and Brian Secord took very good care of me, per usual. He got me in and out in a reasonable time. I have been coming here for years as I am on my 3rd Sonata. I am very satisfied with Lia Hyundai and will be back for my next service.
