Friendly staff, great communication including updates on service while in the shop, excellent work by the mechanics. Mechanics very honest in initially finding a part they felt was causing the engine problem but on further check finding it was being caused by something else which was considerably less costly. It was a great pleasure working with Roger Dodd the sale representative, was excellent. I was buying a used vehicle and was treated like a customer buying a new vehicle. Roger worked on the sale with professionalism and processed the paperwork with integrity. Was a great pleasure working with the finance officer Lemont had all the paperwork in order and walked through the process to complete the sale. Would buy from St. Charles Automotive in St Peters again and will refer other if they say they are looking to buy a vehicle.

Super friendly folks, Allan was great and very upfront with me.
Called to see my part was available. Got good help by a knowledgeable individual. Immediately headed for dealership. Upon arrival, know one seemed to know anything about my part. Finally it was figured out, I paid and left. Because of a lack of communication, I give only four stars.
