Timely courteous response..still under consideration.
Worked with Wendy the internet specialist. Asked her to verify the car was there and she said she would hold it while we drove to the dealership from Selma NC. When we got there Wendy had left for the day and the car was sold. Would have appreciated a call prior to driving 3.5 hours round trip to let me know the car had been sold. unfortunately we lost time we will never get back due to poor follow-up skills from this dealership.
Amber was trying to help me but the car got sold before I could test drive it. She was very responsive.
Very helpful. Responded very quickly to my request.
Tony, Chris and Jeff were a great team to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone considering car purchase.
