Disappointing drawings for a business reno. The design, mech, and elec pages D1&M1&E1) had new bathrooms, new laundry, and conflicting layout changes. NO PLUMBING PAGES / INFO (P1). Crenshaw never entered the attic or saw the existing mechanical area/3Gal water heater.. Unbelievably there was a Version/File-Save problem. New layout/doors being shown on less than half the pages, as they for example started the mechanical drawing from the existing layout and the electrical drawing from the future layout so the contractors were... read more
Very disappointing Inventory/Drawings for a Nail Art Salon. The design, mech, and elec pages D1&M1&E1) had new bathrooms, laundry, and layout changes yet NO PLUMBING PAGES OR INFO (P1) and they didn’t enter the attic or see the 3Gal water heater. Version/File-Save problems like the new doors being shown on half of the plans and not the others, resulting in nobody changing the doors for the new space smh. Somehow the poor client feels guilty about it all, is hemorrhaging money, and I wanted to help, yet I had to turn down the opportunity to be involved.
The engineers and staff at Crenshaw Consulting are first class. I highly recommend you consider this firm for your projects.
