Very disappointing Inventory/Drawings for a Nail Art Salon. The design, mech, and elec pages D1&M1&E1) had new bathrooms, laundry, and layout changes yet NO PLUMBING PAGES OR INFO (P1) and they didn’t enter the attic or see the 3Gal water heater. Version/File-Save problems like the new doors being shown on half of the plans and not the others, resulting in nobody changing the doors for the new space smh. The engineers and staff at Crenshaw Consulting are first class. I highly recommend you consider this firm for your projects.
