On June 14, I was driving solo from PCB back home to TN. A couple hours into my drive, I started having an SVT & pressure in my chest. I was about an hour from getting on I-65. I was uncertain whether to try to find somewhere to get checked out. Sometimes having an SVT, it will finally subside. Because of a chronic health condition, I have had a number of experiences with ER services and as an admitted patient at Crenshaw Community Hospital. I have confidence in my primary physician, Dr. Charles Tompkins, to manage my care in a hospital that communicates with him at every turn to make sure that my chronic condition is handled and treated well.
