My pizza and salad was a mess Manager would not give me her name this is absolutely miserable this was my favorite place we are done sad really I'm in the restaurant industry this is absolutely a fail on this pizza place absolutely crazy!!!!! Unbelievable

Baltimores creno manager is NOT kind at all!!! Her delivery driver lied and left my order at a complete different apartment OUTSIDE in the cold!!!!! Then when I called in about it I pretty much got made to be a liar!!! BEFORE THIS I ain't never had an issue!! Definitely just lost my business and I usually order at least 2-3 times a week!!!!

Ordered and they did not fill the whole order. 2 items were missing. I called ask for manager who would not come to phone. Told employee if I wanted order fixed , I had to come back and get it and pay for. Zanesville Crenos is not customer friendly.

My son worked at Creno's Pizza in Coshocton Ohio until Friday, May 26, 2023. The manager claimed he had mailed the last paycheck owed on that same date. This was not true. The check was held for a week and was not mailed until June 2, 2023 according to the USPS stamp. Withholding a persons wages because of personal dislike (or any other reason) is against the law. It seems the check may be short also unless taking a third of a person's wages is now allowed.

Do not order from Johnstown Creno’s, horrible customer service- that is if they answer phone and not “accidentally “ disconnected you a few times or put you on hold for 5 minutes + minutes. I ended up hanging , calling back only to talk with a very unpleasant person with an attitude. Read the reviews for this establishment- I guess it’s common.
