Rude and seriously unhelpful
All my appointments here postpartum have been great and incredibly supportive for my first time as a parent. I’ve felt listened too and coached sometimes all you need is to be pointed in the right direction and we’ve found all the advice particularly when it comes to starting solids and breastfeeding. Particularly call out to Maxine, she’s seen us twice and just had a wonderful temperament, patient & a great coach. Still also in close contact with my mother’s group that was assigned here!
Rude nurse talking about my baby will be short and never change if I need baby taller I need new baby it’s doesn’t make sense I don’t think she has any idea how to talk nice and good customer service she need more study to be a nurse rude and unfriendly! I don’t believe any words she said at all been there for 1 and haft hr. To listen to unexperienced nurse
