Amazing experience with Claudia. She treated us with great care, thoroughly checked our baby, and gave us excellent advice. We felt supported and reassured throughout the appointment.
I had a couple of experiences that didn’t sit right with me. At a new parents group, there were a couple of dads present and the facilitator completely overlooked them and didn’t even ask their names. Another time, I was discussing my baby’s sleep and shared that I’m comfortable with contact naps, but was still advised to let my baby cry in the cot. Experiences like these made me feel discouraged from attending again.
Great service. Nurses and midwives are very supportive and helpful.
