Took a Moroccan food class tonight by Natalia and it was excellent. We made delicious tea, chicken tagine, couscous and orange salad. Natalia was a fun teacher! I would highly recommend Natalia and would definitely consider taking another class with her.
Natalia has catered multiple times for my business and social events, serving Italian, French, Russian and Mediterranean cuisines. She has always received rave reviews from my guests. She is an amazing chef and one of the best in the Seattle area, who brings in a lovely balance of flavorful ingredients with a focus on healthy eating. Highly recommend!
