House appraisal was done with comparable homes that sold in 4th quarter of year before. Well into 2nd quarter (MAY) and homes in market are drastically priced higher. She didn't factor in the rental history of what I was renting out house for in the last 3 years. I did a bunch of remodeling to my house (built in 2014)over the last few years and had the house appraised by a different Veterans Affaires company because I’m retired military and had to use a VA appraiser in December 2017, their appraisal came back at $437,000, and they came in and took pictures measure everything and sent me a detailed report.
