One of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Answered her phone with a “hello?” As to why are you calling me. Finished my brazilain in 12 minutes rushing so that she could attend to her next client. It was so aggressive I left crying and shaking and I have been getting waxed for over 2 years.
