Very poor customer service by Elizabeth. I ordered an urn for my wife and when I received the remains they were not in the urn. I called and was sent a text message. Elizabeth didn’t do anything for me except to tell me that her subordinate would be in contact with me. I am very disappointed in the handling of the remains and no help from management.
Price was reasonable but you absolutely get what you pay for.. it took them 5 1/2hours to pick up my Mother, and ended up having a third party picking her up and the guy showed up alone with no help witch my husband ended up helping him get the gurney out the front of the house to his vehicle... The guy also informed me and my family that we are able to view Moms body one last time before cremation takes place. RecommendedI would and have recommended the cremation society of Washington to all my friends. You need a friend to help you through a time in your life that would be to painful to make the decisions needed. After a loss of a loved one you think with your heart and emotions . You don't need someone to take advantage of that financially. I recommend you call and make an appointment. Get all your questions answered. Entire service , except having Doug's body remain in the living room for several hrs., waiting to be picked up.
The price was much less than going through a funeral home. There was a glitch or two but it was resolved without incident
Terrible service, poor or no communication and had our beloved family members ashes riding around in a mail truck. Cheap but you get what you pay for.
