I was very impressed how professional and courteous and more than that how kind and helpful the staff was. We had prearranged both our cremations but my husbands death was unexpected and it was a very stressful time. The staff made it so much easier to accomplish the things that needed to be done. I was truly amazed also at the caring follow up as well. I cannot say enough about the way everything was handled so efficiently and kindly.
My experience was exceptional I was registered while my Nana was alive . She originally donated herself to science but because of pandemic program shut down . So I had her cremated. Madison was courteous and compassionate and answers every an all questions . We choose to pick up in Manchester and the gentleman filling in for Madison again was professional and courteous . I had great experience and asked my Dad if that’s what he would like he said yes so I preregistered him as well . Thank you 😊

We had purchased the cremation package long before the family members death .All Aspects of the society 's responsibility were handled with graciousness and kindness. Thank you Aaron for your continuous respectability even though I was grieving .
As if it isn't bad enough to have to have my mother-in-law cremated, during COVID-19...try dealing with the people who work here. First they didn't get the quote right for the obituary's and there were typos in it, not the biggest issue, but a level of stress. But then, my father-in-law went to pick up her ashes, and they gave him the wrong urn. Although they claim we do, we honestly can't be sure we have her remains.
