Please if you care about your loved one - don’t use them. First of all they are not located in Laguna Hills like they claim to be. It’s an address in a building that they rent. No office, no urns, no one to talk to. Secondly, Who ever their medical doctor is who signed the death certificate put the wrong cause of death. Unbelievable!!! Now I need to amend her death certificate. I lost my mom and I so regret using them.

Look no further. I did so much research and this place is hands down the most reasonable in cost. Also, Rich makes the entire experience go so smoothly and efficiently. He is a gem. He is in great communication, compassionate, and helpful. He made it so easy when it's a difficult time.
I also work with Rich Hall. We had a seamless transition for my mother with kindness and compassion as part of his personal attributes. I will gladly use him again for others in the family who desire cremation.
