Horrible construction company. No care towards the community and only after profits. Works without permits out of hours and wakes everyone up - whether it's 9pm, 11pm, 2 am and even on RDOs. We all have work and need our sleep as well? Complains have gone in several times to the council and nothing has changed. Just goes to show terrible programming and utmost disrespect for the neighbours who they've been severely inconveniencing for more than 2 years at their South Melbourne site. I am sharing this about a project done 10 years ago by crema. They completed on time which is rare for OTP! Although there were defects, they did rectify them prior to moving in and then followed throughout the defect period. As we also dealt with another developer at the same time, it was chalk and cheese! The other developers didn't even get the apartment right and would NOT fix what was in the contract.

Utter incompetence. Don’t know how they’re managing an 100+ million dollar project at The Marker if they can’t even respond to a contract breaching defect after 41 days of first notification. Crema has provided the wrong joinery colour in three rooms, a window that’s been plastered over with a wall (like what?), poorly laid floorboards, and the list goes on. Not impressed Crema. Waiting for your response - better be good after 6 weeks in the making.
