AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Here are a few reasons why: 1. One of the screws in their framing punctured a pipe in the wall causing a water leak in the house. Water damage to the walls and mould growing under the floor boards (they still haven't come to fix it and it's been almost 6 months now) 2. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response after several emails, especially after repeatedly stressing that the issue is critical for safety concerns.
The issues were reported for over a year now. No one responded. They could not be bothered.
The construction vehicles are parked illegally on city road. Even after regular calls to let them know, this has happened time and again! There is a school nearby and this is really dangerous during peak hours.
