Great customer service easy load up area
They have the WORST customer service ever!!! Dropped off tractor in April, lost paperwork and had excuse after excuse about why it wasn’t ready/done. Go to pick up tractor now, in August on a Saturday, coming 45 min away, and they won’t release tractor because service dept isn’t open, but people who work there are there working…The tractor was able to be dropped off on a Saturday though. Took my RTV 1100 in for repair on aircondition stopped working they called and said the whole system was trashed and had to replace the entire system and it would be $3500 . They charged me about $100 to check it out I told them to put it back together and I’ll live without it . I took it back to Michigan and the Kubota dealer in Flint fixed the bad switch .Creel are nothing but crooks and would never recommend them.

Brett was very informative and diligent when we purchased our L2501 tractor this week. He took the time to identify all of our needs and what we were trying to accomplish with our purchase. Brett also delivered our new tractor to our home, went through the entire tractor, implements, maintenance points, switching implements, had us drive it around at home to make sure all of our questions were answered. By far the best customer service experience I have received.
