This place is awful! My apartment always had something wrong with the water heater and made me apartment smell like rotten eggs and they still refused to fix it. Also, my air would go out and I was on the top floor and it would take the weeks to fix it, by the time they did I had to basically move out. After I was tried of nothing getting fixed i moved out and cleaned that apartment spotless even took pics so they wouldn't charge me and still charged me a cleaning fee! They are there to take your money and that's it!
