I called in needing something for immediate move in. Jhona explained to me that they only had a fully furnished unit available at the time, but had something coming available very soon for move in. She walked me through the application process while I was on the phone doing it. I'm not very good with online stuff so I know it took some patience. The customer service is amazing! I’ve talked to both Jhona & Stacey I believe that is how their names are spelt. Their work ethic is great they are quick with their knowledge with information I needed in a timely manner. They made sure I was taken care of. They were super kind. Exceptional service from the leasing office! They were responsive, professional, and made the entire leasing process seamless. A highly recommended team that truly cares about their residents.
