Recommended ?? Good place to live! It's not luxury but its quiet n decent. You have ur pros n cons like every other property. Property mgmt n maintenance guy maintains the property to their best but it's up to the tenants to also cooperate. It requires team work from everyone to maintain a decent n clean property to live in. ??
Apartment 26. I moved to Ithaca for Graduate School. My boyfriend and I were trying to find a place to live that was between Cortland and Ithaca because we will be attending schools in both towns. Creekwood Apartments has decent rates, wonderful views, quiet nights, and cozy homes. Seems like a nice place I visited this apartment complex and was impressed with the complex as a whole. I looked at a 2 bedroom apartment and am considering renting. It's a great area.
