If I could give negative stars I would. They allow everything (pool, laundry room, etc to get destroyed by delinquent children that live here and do nothing) since there's no cameras on pool area or laundry area. Pool has been open for maybe 1 week a year since I've lived here for the past 3.5 years. Lived here for almost 3 years. Roach infestation since day one. No one answers office phone or emails. Pest control doesn’t come to spray when requested or offered but still included in rent fee. Same with trash valet, who stole our shoes from our doorstep one night. Constant AC problems. We Resigned the lease ontime, apparently management lost our paper work and charged us a month to month fee of $1350 (rent is $1150) for “not resigning” we were owed $700 in credit for rent and it took them 2 almost 3 months to refund that ... read more

Got this apartment for my son while he was in school. Paid rent on time without any delay. Son moved out at the end of his lease, and yet, 2 months later- we are still waiting on our deposit. Can’t get through the phone, no one ever picks up! And when they actually do, there are no answers on when my deposit was going to be returned. Worse place ever! Rent somewhere else! BTW- will be sending a letter to the management and FILING claim in court for this issue. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Return my money!

Do not move here. Do not do it. Worst management. My lease ends Dec 31 2022. Creekwood Club changed my locks and entered my apartment on Dec 5th. Items from my apartment are missing. I never felt more violated in my life. They literally went into my apartment. Stole personal items, and changed the locks. Imagine paying rent and your locks get changed. It's a complete violation. Can't contact them by the office. (Try calling them during business hours, it won't work). No one knows what's going on. Don't do it. Don't do it.

If you lease at this apartment complex, make sure they stand behind the agreement to return your deposit if you complete your lease and payments. I stayed here for 4 years and I live in June and gave proper notice to Alejandro and return my keys and clean the apartment in June 2022 and here we are in December 2022 and I’m still trying to get my deposit back from them and the leasing manager Stepfanie is giving me the runaround, even though, when I lived there, she was the best manager, and now I can’t get any help for months... read more
