Positive reviews are lies lies lies. Mgmt is so desperate for tenants they will bribe you with gifts (65” TV… - see photo then look at all the ‘good’ reviews 2-3 months ago) to write a review or give you cash to refer a friend (I would only refer my ex). The gifts may or may not be real because they never announce a winner. It could be for safety reasons but I seriously doubt it because they are too cheap. I love this place! It really has been a wealth of good experience in all its comfortable areas! and what can I say about my really comfortable apartment and my safe home and above all the staff who provide exceptional service from the beginning of the application. I first moved in back when I was just turning 18 and had no credit. Finding any type of apartment was a horrible experience with really bad odds of me ever getting approved. Creek wood on the other hand, brought me through to check out the apartments to see how I like them, and when I told them my situation of being 18 in about a month, the day of my birthday they called me and had me full out the application and sign my lease that day because they got me approved.
