Low cost, good condition
Lived here for 2 years. Good price for the amenities, space, quality, and area. Maintenance staff were on top of any emergency situations. My main complaints are the lack of sidewalks and the bike rack/parking is inconvenient. It could be closer to the building entrances instead of the beat up rack tucked way in the back corner of the parking lot. The sidewalks could also better connect across the complex, so residents wouldn't be forced to walk on grass that is wet/snow covered half the year or walk in the road. The narrow ... read more
Deserves less than one star. Giving bullshit numbers of carpet life just to take just about my entire security deposit since their just money greedy hoards. They don't care about anyone. No morals, integrity, or anything. Just rats. 10/10 would not recommend this place. Gotta proof of black mold and them just painting over it. Dont rent here!
