The front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. I had emailed back and forth with Brittany to schedule my appointment, and I was not surprised to find out that she was just as friendly in person as she was through email. :) Krystal took my x-rays, etc., and she, too, made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Though I didn't have a full exam, Dr. Hsia still came into the exam room and introduced himself, looked over everything, and told me what to expect for my next appointment. All staffs are always welcoming
I went in for a cleaning and Tracy was great. She explained everything that was going on. Dr. Hsia is easy to talk to and it shows that he cares about your oral health. Florence and Brittany are always smiles when you enter the office. You feel so welcome. Thanks to them for keeping an eye on my daughter while I had my cleaning. I'm glad I found a dental office that shows they care.
