Easy process/not pushy and Gretchen is great. You will pay a PID that is $3,042 (2025) a year which is well above the average on a property in Denton County it’s the same cost no matter what house you get and 850 a year for HOA that continues to go up with no amenities. Keep those costs in mind but seamless experience.

The worst warranty service I’ve experienced from Ashton Woods. Since we bought the house, there has been a persistent squeaking noise across the entire second floor. Just two months after closing, they came out and claimed the issue was “fixed,” assuring us it wouldn’t happen again. However, the noise returned within days. At the 6-month mark, the issue became significantly worse, affecting most of the second floor. Gretchen was very friendly and her service while buying the home was good. However, we as first-time home buyers were unfamiliar with the process. We went over numbers and payments with her 2 - 3 times on several homes. A PID was never mentioned till time to sign. The PID for the area is roughly 30,000 and comes out to roughly 90,000 over the length of the loan. They did their legal requirements to include it in the contract but it 100% should have been mentioned prior to sneaking it in to the last page of signing. When I po... read more

I can honestly say I loook forward to making Creekview our new home community. Gretchen is who you want to work with when it comes to making big life decisions because not only is she knowledgeable, resourceful and kind she’s an excellent representation of the quality of the community she’s helping to uphold!
