As a recipient of TennCare Medicaid, I am concerned about the level of care that I received at this dental office. My previous cleaning at this office was 17 months ago, yet during my recent appointment, no x-rays were taken, and the dentist did not perform an examination. Although the hygienist cleaned my teeth, I was told by office staff that if the hygienist had seen any problems, she would have informed the doctor. Dr left before the final fitting/install of a crown, leaving the assistant to finish. According to the next dentist I went to, the crown has very "poor margins" and is quite loose allowing bacteria to enter. Creekview was unwilling to fix it or refund the money, supposedly due to the time that had passed - at least that's what one correspondence from them said. Then they said they definitely wanted "to make it right", I said refund what was paid for that one crown, which is what it would take to replace it, then I never hear... read more
