I have lived here for just under a year and I will NOT be renewing my lease. The moment we moved in I was disappointed. The drawers in the kitchen are all off their tracks, the lighting fixtures are cheap and have stayed broken during the duration of our lease. Appliances break often. The lawn care team does not keep up with the shrubbery outside of our building so our front door is constantly covered by foliage. Dog poop is everywhere in the courtyard. Creekview is clean, quiet, nice neighbors with little turn-over b/c managment and property is very nice. I don't want to live in FortWorth b/c ppl are nicer here - nice and quiet here but places to eat, shop, and easy commute to Fort Worth and Weatherford.
