If i could zero stars i would. My daughter has been trying to get moved into the apartment for 2 months only getting apartment advisors calling her, but no lease, no keys given. She's paid the apartments 2600.00 Dollars..... 2600!!!! No phone calls from the manager named "Jeremy" no calls, nothing!! This is the most ridiculous outfit we've ever encountered. Now we're trying contact an actual person for a refund on her money . Something needs to happen or were calling the local news.
I have lived here for just under a year and I will NOT be renewing my lease. The moment we moved in I was disappointed. The drawers in the kitchen are all off their tracks, the lighting fixtures are cheap and have stayed broken during the duration of our lease. Appliances break often. The lawn care team does not keep up with the shrubbery outside of our building so our front door is constantly covered by foliage. Dog poop is everywhere in the courtyard.
