I regret signing a lease at this location. Seems as though the office is more responsive and attentive up until you sign your lease. Beware of conflicting information, no follow-up, and so many FEES, especially those that can’t be explained My apartment was not move-in ready, and I should not have been allowed to in the condition it was in. It is evident that this apartment was NOT cleaned after the last tenant vacated. It is disgusting! Response to owner: Who should I ask for specifically and what number should I use?
We moved in a week ago and it has been such a good experience. The move in process with the office was super smooth. I’ve been able to quickly communicate needs with them and they always respond promptly. While we were searching they also let us tour multiple units, and all of the office staff is so helpful. Maintenance has also quickly fixed anything we noted at move in, but honestly I’ve never moved into an apartment this clean and ready. We had an amazing experience at Creekstone at RTP! Anastasia made our move incredibly smooth and simple, helping us find the perfect place to call home. From day one, she and the team made us feel truly welcomed into the community. A huge thank you to the entire staff for taking care of every detail and making this such a great place to live!
