UPDATED as of 4/26: I’ve lived at Creekstone at RTP since June 2024, and unfortunately my experience over the past year has taken a significant turn for the worse. What was once a quiet, well-maintained community has gone downhill. I’ve submitted multiple noise complaints, and while the leasing office always says they’ll handle it, nothing ever changes. Since the renovations, the buildings are noticeably louder, I previously had a mom with two kids living above me and barely heard a thing. After that unit was renovated, I ca... read more
