My daughter and I have been coming her for more than 5 years. We love the staff, their professionalism a and their attentiveness to us as individuals.
The best GYN practice I have found. Not only do they do primary care but they also specialize in women's health. Its nice to be able to call and get an appointment with flexibility. The nurse Practitioner is extremely nice and listens to your every concern. If i could give his place 100 stars I would. Friendly kind and inviting staff. They also are great at inserting IUD's. Will never go back to my old doctor!
I went to Creekside Women's Center initially for Weight Management. The provider was sympathetic to my needs and encouraged me that we could get myself back to a healthy weight. I had been referred to a Gastric Bypass surgeon in the past for my weight but feared the outcome of having such an extreme surgery done that was not necessarily needed my BMI was not even recommended for surgery. They have been going thru some changes... however, no matter who I have seen I have always gotten excellent care. A little bothered about the changes, but I understand things change... such is life.
I left the practice for awhile because of the change of the providers... I went back this week to meet their new provider(as this location is so much easier to my home)- LOVED her. I will continue my family practice/women care here
Lack of communication. One year ago, a called twice about my HCP, then went into the office to finally be told my HCP had left the office. Went into the office today to follow up with what was discussed 4 weeks ago. The HCP denied what we had discussed. It was a waste of my time and money.
Jodi is fantastic but the front desk staff (Specifically Kim) is extremely rude and makes me feel like I'm bothering her.
Was very happy with NP and practice as a new patient. As time has gone on, I have become increasingly dissatisfied. NP does not address concerns. Can't ever get in for a 5 minute B12 injection and labs take over a week to get results. Made an appt for heath concerns I was having and concerns were immediately dismissed. Made me feel as though I was bothering them. Will not be returning to this practice.
This office was amazing very professional and the nurse practioner was incredible and very compassionate !! Definitely would recommend trying this office
