Had to go for marijuana and alcohol detox. The staff were very helpful wonderful, the facilities are what you would expect of a hospital detoxification. I really appreciate them, helping me start off my recovery journey and I have been almost 17 years clean and sober! Thanks to them
The staff are very kind, supportive and accommodating. They cover all of the Fraser Health area so they have a shuttle program with a nice clean van and 2 staff that came and picked me up in Abbotsford and brought me to the facility.
My wife wanted to leave and they ignored her request to the point that I had to call and threaten kidnapping charges in order for them to release someone who volunteered to be there they then did the same with her property to the point I had to call them again and threaten to charge them with theft the audacity and disrespect and unprofessionalism of this establishment is unacceptable if these staff can't be professional they don't deserve there jobs
