I’m a new tenant at Creekside Vue Apartments. I recently went to New Braunfels looking for an apartment and visited several places. I chose Creekside because aside from it being in a great location which is close to restaurants and other businesses (Buc-ee’s, Top Golf etc). The staff is very professional, helpful and very friendly! They have assisted me with every question or concern I had as a new tenant. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. My daughter and I just moved in, and we absolutely love living here! We looked at many apartments around town, but this place remained our first choice because of the price, location, amenities, and outstanding customer service. Brooke was amazing from the moment we first stopped in for a tour all the way through the leasing process. Great management and good maintenance dept. Work orders are completed immediately usually within an hour .
The new management (Hope and Jamie) have been kind, friendly and exceedingly helpful when needed. I am so thankful that they are here as management. They are doing what they can to make us feel like a community by having events. I can’t speak highly enough of Brian and Alex. They are exceptional at what they do and always pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the whole team at Riverside!!!
Weve lived here for almost a year and have had no complaints. Neighbors are very friendly, staff is always incredibly helpful and any maintenance issues weve had come up have been resolved within the day of reporting it PLUS checked back on after it was fixed. Lots of fun community get togethers, all around great place to live!
