There are no amenities , the gazebo has been closed since at least last year. They are going to nickle and dime us to death. All I can say is if you move here, make sure that you read your entire lease before you sign it!
My years at Creekside Villa have been very enjoyable. When I first moved in my rent was 675.00 per mo. Now it is 917.00 but I ask to have my trash picked up due to palatable care with COPD and CHF. Sudddenly I am ask to sign a new lease in the amt. of 1035.00iincluding water and sewer..both these bills combined don't run me 50.00 now. I am just not so sure about this and am going to check this out. They didn't mention that the office clerk had already stated that Jerry could pick up my trash.
