It’s a nice community and the apartment is clean and well taken care of. The only issues are the dumpsters are very far away from some of the apartments and for a 55 and up community, there are not many handicap accessible curbs and sidewalks with ramps.
Management respective of tenants yet not intrusive. Responsive concerning any maintenance requests. Grounds well maintained.
There are no amenities , the gazebo has been closed since at least last year. They are going to nickle and dime us to death. All I can say is if you move here, make sure that you read your entire lease before you sign it!
