Having some living upstairs is really scary in this community. Not because of the people but because of the poor materials used in the ceiling. You can hear everything. Every time they close a closet you may be shocked. And you should hope that they are not up early in the morning or late at night or you may lose your mind. Other than that this is a 5 star community. This is an issue that needs long term investment and incentives for the management likely but it has affected our experience here.
Don’t leave your place even on the patio! I am on third floor and my bike was stolen! Didn’t know how that could be done but that’s what happened to me. My microwave light was broken and I put a maintenance ticket in June and it’s still not fixed🙂
We have lived at Creekside for over 2 years, and normally any issues were resolved quickly. However, for over 4 months now, there has been a water leak at the entrance of our apartment. Only a cleaning of the plumbing was done, and the problem persists. Every day we have to avoid or even step in the puddle of water at our doorway. I love this place, and the beautiful view. The area is absolutely idyllic, with a network of lakes and creeks right outside the door. Maitenance is very accommodating, and gets four stars because they have an efficient ticketing system, and go above and beyond wherever they can. I removed a star because they don't do proper preventative maintenance, so the buildings are rotting apart. Also, the gym is great, but the pool and hot tub aren't really usable.
