Found this place after numerous failed attempts to find an apartment property that would accept my dog Maverick (black lab 80lbs). There's a creek along the property and also a great hiking trail about 200 ft from the property which we used often with our dog. And don't worry, no one had to evacuate from the floods we had this year. Besides that aspect, the next best thing would be the neighbors.
