Just rented my apartment from them. Was told it is move in ready and nothing other than paint was put on the walls. The person before me was a heavy heavy smoker. They walls were never cleaned prior to painting and now cigarette stains are seeping through the paint. It is the 14th and I still an not moves in bc of how dirty it was left. They did bring in someone to clean and fix issue once I complained but no one cleans like a mom does moving in her kid(s). They have roach infestation, no matter how many times they spray. I've woken up without water many times. Management is nice but the owner is horrid man. They don't train their staff, I've had rent taken out twice in one month. Don't recommend
