The HOA and maintenance team sucks
Kiss your deposit goodbye. No matter what condition you leave it in they are going to keep it. No insulation, electric bill is ridiculous, noise travels extremely well. Pool picture says it all. Maintenance is pretty much non-existent. Do yourself and wallet a favor and look somewhere else.
I haven't moved in yet but the apt is exactly what I was looking for!! Can't wait for my new residency!!
