I concur with caspianb1's comments. In addition, haphazard construction is noticeable. The room containing the hot water heater & central air unit lacks proper containment of dangling wires & coaxial satellite cable. The coaxial connector panel in the living room lacks telephone/dsl outlet - requiring a 25 ft connection from the kitchen. There are gaps behind the lower cabinets & oven that provide easy access for mice, crickets, spiders, etc. Maximum DSL internet speed is only 3.5 Mbps. These apartments are really nice! Great location. Paid utilities and cheap Direct TV. Only problem is the onsite property management. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and discriminatory. Maintenance of apartments is like pulling teeth. If management were changed this would be an amazing place to live!!
