Office staff very unprofessional. Nobody is ever in the office. Management will pick up the phone. The staff really needs to do better. Or just replace them and let the correct people do the job.

I had such a great experience touring the 3 bedroom apartment with Janel. She was super easy to talk to, very professional, and made the whole tour feel comfortable instead of overwhelming.
