Seriously the best vet office- the owner and main vet who I believe sees most/ all patients is so helpful and talks to each patient, answers all your questions and just really seems to care. Not to mention they’re efficient, experienced, and comparatively to the other vets in the area very very well priced. They’re customer service really shows. I could not recommend Creekside more!
If you want to be in the room to meet the Dr and see them do the exam on your animal don’t go here. I scheduled an initial appointment and had to pay $65 to get the appointment and when they were ready for my dog they tried to take my dog back without me which I was not ok with. If I had known that I would not have made the appointment. They said that was just their policy and offered no other solution. We have came a long way with this vet, they are the best!! They always make sure to go through all the options before going down the route of surgery. They truly are the best at what they do and they’ve help me and my little guy so much!
I’m very disappointed and enraged after my experience today. I set up a wellness check for my aging dog 2 weeks ago. After sitting on a very uncomfortable bench for 40 minutes, they came to take my dog to the back for the exam. I told them I preferred to be there for the exam and didn’t want to add to the stress my dog was already experiencing.
