I love the place! First visit, and all departments came to the room to introduce themselves and their part of the team, trainer, vet, etc. They are very informative with your visits answering any question you have. You and your pet (s) are important to them! My shorkie, Cruz visits there and had his first grooming there. He looks fabulous now!! We arrived home Sunday late afternoon to our cat that was 11 years old and couldn't move her back legs. We called the office and Dr Thompson came in and was awesome. She ended up having 3 masses of cancer and one was pressing on her spinal cord. He was very thorough with everything and even gave us an option to prolong her life, which we declined. When we left I told my husband that they must teach a class in bedside manner at vet school. When we get another animal we will most definitely go back. We had never been there bef... read more
Our dog Charlie loved the staff at Creekside! They were very compassionate and determined to get him feeling better. It isn't very often you can find someone who loves your dog as much as you do, but these guys do! Thanks so much!
Love! I've taking my Bangel kitty there to be spayed and for shots. Everyone is very detailed always let's you know what's going on... And after getting my kitty spayed they sent me a get well soon card for her. How sweet :)
