I scheduled an apartment tour for 4:30 PM with Marco, and arrived early at 4:25. When I walked in, Marco was already speaking with another couple. A very bad experience, honestly I have nothing good to say about these apartments
As a former resident, I feel it’s important to share another perspective. Carla dedicated over 15 years to this community by my estimation and, in my experience, was instrumental in stabilizing and improving the property. Many long-time residents saw firsthand the positive changes she helped implement. Her sudden departure, without communication or transition planning, was disappointing and unsettling for those of us who valued consistency and trusted her leadership. I was having problems with Mrs. Carla, and honestly, I have nothing good to say about her. But I'm so grateful Marco arrived. He's a manager who really knows how to treat the residents; he's trustworthy and very helpful. It's great that he's such a good person. I'm sorry I had to leave, but thank you, Marco and Christina, for everything.
It has been such a pleasure living here and making this my home. Carla along with the staff at Creekside Terrace have been amazing. Carla is responsive, friendly, and welcoming, the overall environment is comforting. The grounds are always kept up and quiet. This complex compared to the ones around this area is one of the best.
