It has been such a pleasure living here and making this my home. Carla along with the staff at Creekside Terrace have been amazing. Carla is responsive, friendly, and welcoming, the overall environment is comforting. The grounds are always kept up and quiet. This complex compared to the ones around this area is one of the best. Carla's management as a landlord raises significant concerns. She demonstrates a lack of urgency in addressing tenant issues and fails to communicate effectively when maintenance problems arise. For instance, when I reported a malfunction with the washer and dryer, she merely suggested that I contact “WASH” ( the company the washers and dryers are manufactured by) myself, rather than addressing the issue directly or providing an “out of order” sign. Creekside has an intimate setting. The grounds are well kept. If one communicates with Carla, she will definitely work with you to accommodate you!
If I could give these apartments zero stars, I would. The property is beautiful, but office manager Carla L. is very disorganized & tries to often violate the rights of tenants. I’ve spoken up about her conduct to her & her supervisor several times, which resulted in her posting letters on my door threatening lease termination. I even spoke with her in regards to transients being in the parking lot/near tenant windows and her only response was, “see the attached flyer” as to who to call in case of these sightings.
