Hired David Bilbrey and Creekside services to build a new garage, home repairs, and landscaping work in late April 2016. Quoted almost $30k for project. 30-45 days to complete. 80+% of job was completed by project day 120. David had not been on site since bill collectors started showing up at my door in May seeking payment from David. Homeowners beware of this "fly by night" company. I contracted with this company on February 26, 2016 to install a 16 x 20 screened deck which includes removal of old deck and removing debris. Per our contract, we anticipated 10 days to complete the project. The company just completed the project on May 10, 2016 after many broken promises. Abandoned the project for weeks after taking 75% of project costs.
